Coconut Shoyu

Coconut Shoyu, exclusive to Copra, is a low-sodium, zero-lactose, zero-gluten vegan sauce that contains amino acids with no added preservatives, colorings and flavorings. It can be used in salad dressings, as well as other preparations, finishing dishes or even seasonings. Super versatile in the kitchen, it has a similar flavor to soy sauce (Shoyu) and is a great substitute, as well as a great alternative to gluten, soy and lactose diets. A serving of 5ml (1 tsp) equals 20 calories.

Ingredients

Coconut sugar, water, himalayan pink salt, INS 330 acidulant, glutamine, isoleucine, valine, leucine, preservatives INS 202 and INS 211.
